David VanEgmond started as VE advisory SAFO in 2015, to provide financial and business planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their related entities. VanEgmond is a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) tax partner. He had over 35 years of experience serving privately-held companies, their owners, and high net worth individuals.  

In addition to his client service responsibilities at PWC, VanEgmond has served in numerous national, regional, and local practice leadership capacities. Most recently he served on the Private Company Services leadership team as the national operations leader, and managed the Greater Michigan practice.   

VanEgmond currently serves on several private company boards, including Arison Holdings LTD and Arison Investments LTD (Investments), Attain Insurance Companies (Insurance), and H.W. Kaufman Group (Wholesale insurance services). He is also a board observer at Minute Media (Global digital sports media). In addition to his board responsibilities, VanEgmond is a member of four different investment committees. Also, he is a trustee managing assets, working closely with a large family office on investments and bill payments.  

He holds a BA of Science Accounting from the University of Detroit, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
