Salt of the Earth, Israel’s leading salt producer since 1920, was a private subsidiary of Arison Investments until it was sold to Fortissimo Capital in January 2019. Arison Investments privately owns Miya, founded by Shari Arison in 2008 to maximize the efficiency of urban water systems worldwide.
